The following is a review from Sandra, one of our compatriots from our last Whistler Heli Trip…

This was a wonderful day that exceeded my expectations — Whistler Heli-Skiing is an outstanding company that does everything right to make your day safe and enjoyable. We had traveled to Whistler in March, and booked a day of heli-skiing for our family. Unfortunately, my husband got ill on the first run and we had to be helicoptered off the mountain. Even though it was a disappointment, our guides Jun and Mike were fabulous and took all the right care (our daughters stayed with the group, though, and had a fantastic day of powder skiing!)

Not the end of the story though….we were lucky to be able to go back to Whistler for an extended weekend a few weeks later, and I finally got in my bucket list day of heli-boarding. Could not have been better! The staff in the office is super friendly, our guide Dale was amazing — knowledgeable, thorough and friendly, our pilot was a pro, and the entire WHS team worked together to accommodate each of the groups that were out that day. I had opted for the 3 run package, but our group skied / boarded together quite well and we ended up doing 5 runs. Even though it was early April, Dale found north-facing slopes, firm snow and beautiful terrain. If you’re a good skier / boarder, you should definitely do this! Highly recommend Whistler Heli-Skiing and appreciate everything they do to provide an outstanding experience. We’ll be back!!
